What are the important parts of an industrial chiller? What are these parts?

1. Compressor

The function of the refrigeration compressor is to draw the refrigerant vapor in the evaporator and compress it to the condensing pressure, and then discharge it to the condenser. The commonly used compressors are piston type, centrifugal type, screw type, rolling rotor and sliding type. Wait. The Dongyue enters the piston type compressor for the sealed chiller, and the screw type chiller uses the screw type compressor.

2, the condenser

The function of the condenser is to condense the high temperature refrigerant vapor from the compressor into a liquid. During the condensation process, the refrigerant vapor releases heat, so it needs to be cooled by water or air. The evaporator used in machinery is manufactured by a company specializing in the production of pressure vessels. It is safe, has a pressure vessel certificate, has good sealing performance, strong heat exchange capacity, and is easy to clean and maintain. More commonly used shell-and-tube condensers, finned condensers.

3, throttling equipment

The function of the throttling mechanism is to cause the pressure of the refrigerant liquid to flow through the throttling mechanism, the pressure is reduced from the condensing pressure to the evaporating pressure, and a portion of the liquid is converted into a vapor. Commonly used throttling mechanisms include capillary tubes, manual throttle valves, thermal expansion valves, float ball regulating valves, etc. Capillaries do not have an adjustment function, and the other three throttle valves regulate the flow of refrigerant into the chiller evaporator to accommodate refrigeration. The change in load, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the cooling capacity.

4, evaporator

The function of the evaporator is to evaporate the refrigerant liquid into a vapor to absorb the heat of the object being cooled. The evaporator is a device that outputs a cooling capacity. The output of the cooling can cool the liquid refrigerant or directly cool the air. It has the choice of single loop, double loop and triple loop.
