1. Oil and gas separation tank design is not standardized

Some air compressor manufacturers, when designing oil and gas separation tanks, the primary separation system design is unreasonable, the primary separation effect is not ideal, so that the oil mist concentration before the oil is high, the oil load is too heavy, the processing capacity is insufficient, resulting in fuel consumption. Too high. I bought such a product, and there is no way to operate the technology.

2, too much fuel

The amount of fuel exceeds the normal oil level, and some of the oil is carried away with the airflow, resulting in excessive fuel consumption. For this simple reason, some people will not pay attention.

3, large gas consumption, overload and low pressure use

The low-pressure use of the load means that when the user uses the air compressor, the exhaust pressure does not reach the rated working pressure of the air compressor itself, but it can basically meet the gas requirements of some enterprise users. For example, enterprise users increase the gas equipment. The gas consumption is increased, so that the air compressor exhaust volume and the user's gas consumption cannot be balanced. It is assumed that the air compressor has a rated exhaust pressure of 8kg/cm2, but the actual pressure is only 5kg/cm2 or even lower. The press is in a load operation state for a long time, and the rated pressure value of the machine cannot be reached, resulting in an increase in fuel consumption. The reason is that under the condition that the displacement of the oil and gas is constant, the flow rate of the oil and gas mixture passes through the oil, and the oil mist concentration is too high. The oil load is increased, which ultimately leads to a large fuel consumption.

4, the return line is blocked

When the return line (including the check valve and the return filter on the return pipe) is blocked by foreign matter, the oil that has condensed at the bottom of the oil after separation can not be returned to the machine head, and the condensed oil droplets are blown up by the air flow. The separated air is taken away together. These foreign objects are usually caused by solid impurities that fall during installation.

5, the oil return check valve is damaged

If the oil return check valve is damaged (from one-way to two-way), after the shutdown, the internal pressure of the oil tank will return a large amount of oil back to the oil through the return pipe. When the machine is running, the oil inside the oil will not be able to be used. Retrieving the machine head in time causes some of the oil to run out of the air compressor with the separated air (this is common in machines that do not have an oil line stop valve and a head exhaust valve check valve).

6, the return pipe is improperly installed

When replacing, cleaning, and repairing the air compressor, the return pipe is not inserted into the bottom of the oil (refer to: 1~2mm from the bottom of the oil), which causes the separated oil to return to the machine in time, and the accumulated oil will follow. Compressed air ran out together.

7, the minimum pressure valve failure

If there is a leak point in the seal of the minimum pressure valve or the minimum pressure valve opens in advance (because the design opening pressure varies from factory to manufacturer, usually in the range of 3.5~5.5kg/cm2), then the machine establishes the tank pressure in the initial stage of operation. The time will increase. At this time, the concentration of the gas mist in the low pressure state is high, the flow rate is fast when the oil is divided, the oil load is increased, and the separation effect is lowered, resulting in a large fuel consumption.
