Anticorrosive graphite digestion instrument, diameter Φ32mm, hole depth 65mm


The EH series anticorrosive graphite digestion instrument is a pre-processing device suitable for sample digestion in a high-concentration acid mist environment. It can support up to 60 samples at the same time to fully meet the needs of batch sample processing. Step temperature control and automatic sample lifting function can automatically complete the work steps of digestion, acid removal, cooling, etc., to minimize the chance of experimenters contacting acid gas.

○Multiple protection-anti-corrosion and durable
The cabinet adopts stainless steel surface Teflon coating, double anti-corrosion;
Thickened Teflon coating on the surface of the graphite body effectively prevents strong acid corrosion;
 Use capacitive touch buttons to isolate acid gas and avoid corrosion;
Double-layer structure design, the electrical system is located below the box body independently sealed, heat insulation and corrosion protection.

○Wireless control-safe and convenient
EH series graphite digestion instrument supports stand-alone operation mode and wireless control mode;
The APP control software based on the Android system can remotely control the equipment through the mobile terminal. The digestion process can be easily completed without opening the fume hood window, reducing the contact between the experimenter and the high temperature acid gas, and better protecting the experimenter’s health;
The mobile phone displays the real-time temperature curve, so you can grasp the digestion process more intuitively
The set temperature and holding time of the digestion program can be edited and set through the mobile phone;
It can control the instrument to start and stop the digestion work;
Built-in expert program library, you can call the expert program at any time, you can also create a new program or edit and save each program in the library, and you can call each program in the library at any time;
The buzzer alarm for the end of program operation.

○Equal temperature heating-simultaneous digestion
The EH series graphite digestion instrument uses a unique uniform temperature heater as the heat source. The sample is heated by isostatic pressing of the graphite body. The heating speed is faster, the temperature between the digestion holes is more uniform, and the service life is longer.

○Automatic lifting-protect samples
1. The sample automatically rises to dissipate heat
After the instrument finishes the heating program, the sample rack automatically rises, and the sample enters the heat dissipation state to prevent the experimenter from taking the sample out in time, and the residual temperature of the graphite body will destroy the sample.

2. The sample hovering near the dry
When the digestion work is almost complete and the sample volume is small, the bottom of the sample tube can be raised to an easy-to-observe position through the lift function to continue heating until the sample is nearly dry to avoid damage to the sample.

3. Observe the sample through the window
During the digestion process, it is often necessary to check the digestion status of the sample. The sample rack can be raised through the wire control switch or APP software, and the user can observe the sample through the fume hood glass.
