Solvent safety bottle cap FAQ

Auwii safety cap equips both valve and filter functions. As usual, ventilate during the extraction process and prevent harmful solvent vapors. At the same time, the valve membrane prevents dust and dirt particles in the incoming air. Since the filter membrane is in contact with solvent vapor, it bears great pressure during the mechanical process (opening and closing), and absorbs impurities in the surrounding air, so the valve must be replaced every 6 months to ensure smooth operation and sealing.

Why must safety bottle caps be replaced regularly?

Auwii safety cap equips both valve and filter functions. As usual, ventilate during the extraction process and prevent harmful solvent vapors. Will there be overpressure in the storage container using SafetyCap?

No. In this case, the valve will automatically open in the opposite direction. The ventilation valve must be replaced to continue smooth operation.

How many cannulas can be connected to the safety bottle cap at most?

SE45 and SE38 can support up to 5 pipes at the same time. Customers can choose the configuration from 1 hole to 5 holes. The price of different configurations is different.

Each management needs to be equipped with a lock pipe joint. The specification of the lock pipe joint needs to be determined according to the customer's pipe outer diameter. Generally, the pipe outer diameter is 3mm, which needs to be confirmed clearly before configuring;

Locking pipe joints are also divided into two materials: PP and PTFE. Generally, pp material can meet the needs of use. When the solvent used has the possibility of dissolving pp material, PTFE material needs to be selected.
